已加工表面残余应力对机械零部件的功能行为有很重要的影响。然而,到目前为止,已加工表面层内残余应力的测量仍存在许多问题。本文提出了表面剥层时残余应力测量(用X射线法或剥层线性方程法)的修正方法及修正公式。通过对试验数据修正计算,结果表明,应用此方法可大大提高测量精度;本文为残余应力测量修正提供了理论依据。作者还讨论了已加工表面残余应力测量修正的必要性问题。
The machined surface residual stress has a very important influence on the functional behavior of mechanical parts. However, so far, there are still many problems with the measurement of the residual stress in the machined surface layer. In this paper, the correction method and the correction formula of the residual stress measurement (using X-ray method or stripping linear equation method) are proposed. The test results are corrected and calculated. The results show that this method can greatly improve the measurement accuracy. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the measurement of residual stress. The authors also discuss the necessity of correcting residual stress measurements on machined surfaces.
