目的 为了寻找简便、灵敏度高、无创伤性的诊断原发性乳腺癌的方法,了解~(99)Tc~m—MIBI乳腺肿块显像对乳腺癌的鉴别诊断价值。方法 应用~(99)Tc~m—MIBI(甲氧基异丁基异腈)对88例乳腺肿块进行显像观察并经外科手术取得病理细胞学资料。结果 88例中乳腺癌38例,良性肿块50例。结果灵敏度84.2%,特异性78%,诊断符合率80.2%。结论 该检查方法对乳腺肿块良恶性的诊断有一定价值,并优于外线扫描。相互联合互补,可提高乳腺的诊断率。但慢性乳腺炎假阳性率高,不能鉴别。
Objective To find a simple, sensitive and non-invasive method for the diagnosis of primary breast cancer, to understand the value of ~(99)Tc~m-MIBI breast mass imaging in the differential diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Eighty-nine cases of breast masses were observed by ~(99)Tc~m-MIBI (Methoxyisobutylisonitrile) and histopathological cytology data were obtained by surgery. Results There were 38 cases of breast cancer in 88 cases and 50 cases of benign tumors. The sensitivity of the results was 84.2%, specificity was 78%, and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 80.2%. Conclusion This test method has certain value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses and is superior to external line scans. Jointly complement each other, can improve the diagnostic rate of breast. However, the false positive rate of chronic mastitis is high and cannot be identified.
