超3G的移动通信系统是一种全IP的系统,它融合了因特网和移动通信的优点。BRAIN(基于IP的宽带无线接入网)的发展就是要把基于HIPERLAN/2(highperformanceradiolocalareanetworktype2)的本地宽带无线接入系统和多个宽覆盖的移动通信系统结合起来,使用户无论是在热点地区还是在移动中都能实现基于IP服务的无缝覆盖。能够提供端到端的QoS是在系统设计中的关键环节,因此在系统的应用中,网络以及无线接入层中都必须支持QoS。文中介绍了QoS系统的结构,包括终端结构和基于IP的接入网的结构。
Super 3G mobile communication system is an all-IP system, which combines the advantages of the Internet and mobile communications. The development of BRAIN (Broadband Wireless Access Network based on IP) is to combine the local broadband wireless access system based on HIPERLAN / 2 (high performance radiolocalane network type 2) with a plurality of wide-coverage mobile communication systems, so that users, whether in hot spots or Seamless IP-service-based coverage on the move. Being able to provide end-to-end QoS is a key part of the system design, so QoS must be supported in both the network and the radio access layer in system applications. This paper introduces the structure of QoS system, including the structure of terminal and the structure of access network based on IP.
