在一切战伤治疗当中,第一个工作就是敷裹,因为这是人工补救创伤的流血和破损的最简单的手段,也是保护创伤不再受感染的必须措施。从第一次急救性的裹伤到以後创伤诊断、治疗、愈合全部过程里面,交换绷带又是一件经常性的不可解脱的工作。但是从整个医疗传统习惯上看,这是一件小事情,通常医院的常规是手术後第一次交换绷带由医师亲自进行,以後则是交给护士去做。这种因袭而来的观点和习惯,很明显是不能适应於现
