特殊钢厂在试制气阀钢 6Cr2 1Mn10 Mo VNb N时 ,发现其室温强度和硬度高 ,不易冷加工。热加工易开裂 ,成材率极低 ,制约了该钢的推广应用。本次研究从相分析开始 ,研究相组成与变化 ,探讨较合适的热加工温度并简单地摸索热处理对钢材最终性能影响。初步摸清了该钢的基本相变化 ,从而得出最佳热加工范围 ,便于以后生产和推广。
Special steel foundry valve steel 6Cr2 1Mn10 Mo VNb N, found that its high strength and hardness at room temperature, not easy to cold work. Thermal cracking easy to open, very low yield, restricting the promotion and application of the steel. From the phase analysis, this study studied the phase composition and the change, discussed the suitable hot working temperature and simply explored the effect of heat treatment on the final properties of the steel. The initial phase of the steel to find out the basic changes in order to draw the best range of thermal processing, to facilitate the production and promotion.
