柑桔黄龙病(CYS)快速诊断方法的初步研究

用薄层层析法(TLC)分析了椪柑、雪柑、温州蜜柑、早桔,福桔、夏橙和瓯柑7个柑桔种和品种的病健株在萤光物质上的差异,结果表明,在瓯柑、雪柑和温州蜜柑中,病株的萤光斑数均比健株多1个,而其它供试柑桔种类的病、健株间仅有萤光强度的差异,无萤光斑数差异,该方法的诊断适用范围有待进一步试验。 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法(PAGE)分析上述7个柑桔种和品种在蛋白质种类上的差异,初步结果表明,在黄龙病病株中存在1—2种健株所没有的特异性蛋白质,这种差异与供试柑桔种类和症状严重度无关。这种特异性蛋白质也不存在于类似黄龙病症状的生理性病株中,故今后可以用这种方法来快速诊断柑桔黄龙病。 The differences of the fluorescent substances in seven citrus varieties and cultivars of Citrus sinesis, Citrus sogneficans, Satsuma mandarin, Early orange, Fujian orange, summer orange and ouan orange were analyzed by thin layer chromatography (TLC) The results showed that there were more than 1 fluorescent spot in the diseased plants in Citrus, Citrus and Satsuma, and only the difference in fluorescence intensity between healthy plants was found in other citrus varieties tested. The difference of spot number, the diagnostic scope of this method is to be further tested. The differences in the protein types of the above 7 citrus species and cultivars were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The preliminary results showed that there were 1 to 2 specific proteins , This difference is not related to the type of test citrus and severity of symptoms. This specific protein is also not present in physiological strains like the symptoms of yellow dragon’s disease, so in the future this method can be used to quickly diagnose citrus Huanglongbing.
