本文从图书馆员继续教育的动力和现实出发,提出引进图书馆员继续教育管理,并对建立馆员继续教育及其全面提高素质,进行了从实践到理论的探索。
Based on the motivation and reality of continuing education for librarians, this paper proposes the introduction of librarians’ continuing education management, and explores the practice from the theory to establish continuing education of librarians and their overall quality improvement.
