对汽轮机寿命管理中常用的两条转子钢疲劳特性曲线,即原苏联的P2M曲线和西安热工研究所的30Cr2MoV钢曲线进行了比较及研究,在考虑转子长期服役后材料性能蜕化的基础上,对这两条曲线进行了硬度修正,比较分析结果表明,两条曲线基本一致。这一发现对汽轮机转子的疲劳设计和寿命管理将会产生重大影响。
The fatigue characteristic curves of two rotor steels commonly used in the life management of steam turbines are compared and studied, namely the P2M curve of the former Soviet Union and the 30Cr2MoV steel curve of Xi’an Institute of Thermal Engineering. On the basis of considering the degeneration of the rotor performance after long service, The hardness correction of these two curves is carried out. The comparative analysis shows that the two curves are basically the same. This finding will have a significant impact on the fatigue design and life management of turbine rotors.
