钛属于难熔自钝化金属之一。重量轻,耐蚀性强,高温性能好,在航空航天工业中引起重视和应用。由于钛氧化性能复杂,和一般钢类材料相比,电解加工性能不好。易造成不均匀腐蚀(点蚀、剥蚀),光洁度差,单面或二次加工困难,并易发生短路。因此选择最佳匹配电解液是钛合金电解加工工艺中必须首先解决的问题。
Titanium is one of the refractory self-passivating metals. Light weight, corrosion resistance, high temperature performance, in the aerospace industry, attention and application. Due to the complex nature of titanium oxidation, compared with the general steel materials, electrolytic processing performance is not good. Easy to cause uneven corrosion (pitting, erosion), poor finish, single or secondary processing difficulties, and prone to short circuit. Therefore, the choice of the best matching electrolyte is titanium alloy electrolysis process must first solve the problem.
