珩磨表面的表面完整性受到许多重要的珩磨因素影响,如珩前表面光洁度、珩磨速度、珩磨压力、磨料粒度、珩磨液类型和珩磨方法。对珩磨气缸表面完整性的研究表明:在限定范围内,珩前孔的惰圆度和锥度并不影响精度。较低的珩前表面粗糙度,虽然珩后表面光洁度较好,但网纹却不能令人满意。珩前表面粗糙度和珩磨压力均有得到最好珩磨光洁度的一个最佳值。提高珩磨速度,可以改善光洁度。试验结果表明,珩磨速度也有一最佳值。一种轻质珩磨液可获得极好的结果。两步珩磨可以改善表面层(网纹),但表面光洁度与普通珩磨相比并无明显的改善。
The surface integrity of the honing surface is affected by many important honing factors such as honing front surface finish, honing speed, honing pressure, abrasive grain size, honing fluid type and honing method. The study of the surface integrity of honing cylinders shows that within a defined range, the inertia and taper of the honing bore does not affect the accuracy. Low honing front surface roughness, although after honing the surface finish better, but the textured is not satisfactory. Honing the front surface roughness and honing pressure have the best honing finish an optimal value. Improve the honing speed, can improve the finish. The test results show that honing speed has an optimal value. A light honing fluid gives excellent results. Two-step honing can improve the surface layer (textured), but the surface finish compared with ordinary honing no significant improvement.
