本文分析了“短期同步差比法”推算设计水位可能产生较大误差的原因,提出分别用拟建港和主港的同步高(高高)潮和同步低(低低)潮相关分析推算设计水位的方法,并用实际资料做了验证。此外,还提出用同一增、减水过程中拟建港和主港日平均潮位变差的比来订正k值,从而推算较准确的校核水位的方法。这一方法对高标高工程如核电站等的设计具有较大意义。
