本文从水量水能、电力电量平衡来论证骨干小水电站装机容量,比过去仅按当地水力资源资料确定装机容量的工作前进了一步。如何做好县骨干小水电站电力电量平衡计算,仍希读者来稿讨论。
This paper proves the installed capacity of backbone SHP stations from the balance of water and hydropower energy and power consumption, which is one step further than that of determining the installed capacity according to the data of local hydropower resources in the past. How to do a good job in calculating the balance of electricity and power of county-level small hydropower stations is still in discussion.
