本文介绍了用二安替比林甲烷(DAPM)试剂分光光度法测定玻璃、搪瓷及陶瓷中的微量钛。在0.36~2.52N盐酸溶液中,钛(Ⅳ)与DAPM生成黄色可溶性络合物,在390nm波长处,摩尔吸光系数8为1.52×10~4,桑德尔灵敏度为0.0053μgTiO_2/cm~2,TiO_2含量在0.0063~2.6 ppm范围内符合比尔定律。测定0.11%的二氧化钛,其相对标准偏差为4.5%(n=12),方法的回收率为98.7~101.9%。
This paper describes the determination of trace titanium in glass, enamel and ceramics by the spectrophotometric method with Diantipyrylmethane (DAPM) reagent. In 0.36 ~ 2.52N hydrochloric acid solution, titanium (Ⅳ) forms yellow soluble complex with DAPM. At 390nm wavelength, the molar extinction coefficient is 1.52 × 10 ~ 4, the sensitivity is 0.0053μgTiO_2 / cm ~ Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0.0063 ~ 2.6 ppm. The relative standard deviation for the determination of 0.11% titanium dioxide was 4.5% (n = 12), and the recovery of the method was 98.7 to 101.9%.
