本文用整体大鼠和猫隔离皮层,研究了东亚钳蝎毒抗癫痫肽(AEP)的抗癫痫作用机制。实验表明,AEP的抗癫痫作用依赖于单胺类神经递质的存在。
In this paper, the anti-epileptic mechanisms of AEP were studied in whole rat and cat isolated cortex. Experiments show that the antiepileptic effect of AEP depends on the presence of monoamine neurotransmitters.
