一次双面成型熔剂层下自动电弧焊,是现代焊接技术中生产率高、既经济又有效的新型焊接方法,它可使厚度为3~12毫米板材的对接双面焊缝一次焊成,目前苏联已较广泛的在生产中应用。“红色锅炉工”工厂在制造长10780毫米、直径3060毫米、壁厚6毫米的圆筒形不锈钢容器时采用了这一先进技术,使每台容器的制造成本降低10000卢布。苏联各使用厂的生产实践证明,这种新的焊接法可提高劳动生产率1.5~2倍,熔剂和电能的消耗量降低一半,对于薄板的焊接可以免除一般自动焊时所不可缺少的、造价昂贵而带有熔剂垫的电磁平台。现将这种焊接方法的设备与工艺简介如下。
