分析了粒子为S-L界面俘获/推移的热力学条件,表明由推移到俘获存在一过渡区,其大小与S-L界面能有关;并由粒子相对界面的运动及热力学条件建立了俘获/推移的动力学条件。所得结论与实验结果相吻合。
The thermodynamic conditions for particle capture / transport at the S-L interface are analyzed. It is shown that there is a transition zone from the transition to the capture, and its size is related to the S-L interfacial energy. Trapping / shifting is also established by the motion and thermodynamic conditions of the particle- Kinetic conditions. The conclusion is consistent with the experimental results.
