The Yellow River Well Drilling Corporation of Shengli Petroleum Administration has made remarkable achievements in actively promoting the creation of mass spiritual civilization. The total economic output climbed from 1.8 billion yuan in 1997 to 3.672 billion yuan in 2004 and won successive provincial civilized units and civilized construction advanced units of the Authority in successive years.
