对疑诊为成人初发糖尿病 1 1 6例 ,将其分为GAD -Ab阳性组和阴性组 ,比较两组间发病年龄、空腹血糖、C肽 ,服 75 g葡萄糖 2小时血糖、C肽以及血压、血脂、体重指数。结果 两组间发病年龄无差异。空腹血糖GAD -Ab阳性组 1 5 5± 1 7mmol/L ,阴性组 1 0 1± 2 3mmol/L ,P <0 0 0 1 ;空腹血C肽GAD -Ab阳性组 0 4 1±0 1 2nmol/L ,阴性别 0 5 1± 0 1 3nmol/L ,P <0 0 1 ;刺激后C肽GAD -Ab阳性组为 0 5 3± 0 ,1 3nmol/L ,而阴性组为1 86± 0 6 1nmol/L ,P <0 0 0 1 ;BMIGAD -Ab阳性组为 2 1 1± 1 5Kg/m2 ,阴性组为 2 5 0± 1 6Kg/m2 ,P <0 0 0 1 ;血压、血脂GAD -Ab阳性组低于GAD -Ab阴性组 ,两组间有显著差异。结论 临床特征可用于识别LADA。
A total of 116 cases of newly diagnosed diabetes in adults were divided into GAD-Ab positive and negative groups. The incidence age, fasting blood glucose, C-peptide, blood sugar of 75 g glucose for 2 hours, C peptide and Blood pressure, blood lipids, body mass index. Results There was no difference in age of onset between the two groups. Fasting blood glucose GAD-Ab positive group 1 5 5 ± 1 7mmol / L, negative group 1 0 1 ± 2 3mmol / L, P <0 0 0 1; fasting blood C-peptide GAD -Ab positive group 0 4 1 ± 0 1 2nmol / L, negative 0 51 ± 0 1 3 nmol / L, P <0.01; the C-peptide GAD-Ab positive group after stimulation was 533 ± 0 and 13 nmol / L, while the negative group was 1 86 ± 0 6 1 nmol / L, P <0.01; BMIGAD-Ab positive group was 21.1 ± 15Kg / m2, negative group was 250 ± 16Kg / m2, P <0.01; blood pressure, -Ab positive group was lower than GAD -Ab negative group, there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Clinical features can be used to identify LADA.
