采用工具变量与空间回归模型,利用1978~2011年广州的历史数据检验了经济地理禀赋与市场化转轨对广州城市经济增长的影响机理。实证结果表明:一方面,国有产权制度变迁和地方政府放松管制促进了城市经济增长,产品与资本的国际流动也会改善城市经济绩效;另一方面,人力资本外部性、城市发展规模、通信条件和交通运输条件也有利于城市经济增长。 Using the tool variables and spatial regression model, the author uses the historical data from 1978 to 2011 in Guangzhou to test the mechanism of the economic and geographical endowments and the impact of the market-oriented transition on Guangzhou’s urban economic growth. The empirical results show that: on the one hand, the change of state ownership system and deregulation by local governments promote the growth of urban economy; the international flow of products and capital also improves the economic performance of cities; on the other hand, the externalities of human capital, the scale of urban development, the communication conditions And transportation conditions are also conducive to urban economic growth.
