例1 男1岁因生后双眼视物不清,于19B8年11月29日初诊。系足月顺产第1胎,无重病史,其母孕期曾患“上呼吸道感染”。父母非近亲婚配,无家族史。体格检查发现表情呆滞,对声音刺激无反应,不会说笑,不能坐立。头颅大小正常。双上肢肌力4度,双下肢瘫痪,余无异常。双眼对物体及强光不能注视,双瞳等大(约3mm),对光反射迟钝。屈光间质透明。双视盘呈灰白色,顾侧苍白,边界清楚,生理凹陷较浅,筛孔隐现。视网膜动脉较细,黄斑中心凹反光消失。眼球向下方注视位,无震颤。
