我认为,作为一名称职的语文教师,无论对自己或对学生,都必须在三件事上下工夫:积累、感悟和表达。这是我的大语文观。先说“积累”。它包括知识积累和生活积累。关于知识积累,可以说是不成问题的大问题。一是表现在教师对学生的指导上,二是教师自身的积累。所有的语文教师没有不重视学生的知识积累的,但为何学生的语文能力不乐观呢?原因也许是多方面的,但就其积累本身存在两大问题:一是无效积累多,二是学生自己没有养成自觉积累的好习
