目的 探讨α 颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP 140 )、纤维蛋白原 (Fg)、血管性假血友病因子相关抗原 (vWF∶Ag)、凝血酶原时间 (PT)及其活动度 (PTA)对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。方法 采用ELISA法测定 46例原发性肝癌患者、5 0例肝硬化患者的血浆内GMP 140、vWF∶Ag、Fg、PT及其PTA ,并与对照组进行比较。 结果 肝癌组血浆GMP 140、vWF∶Ag、Fg、PTA明显高于肝硬化组和正常对照组 ,而PT明显短于肝硬化组和正常对照组 ,肝硬化组血浆GMP 140、vWF∶Ag、Fg明显低于正常对照组。 结论 测定血浆GMP 140、Fg、PT、vWF∶Ag对肝硬化和硬化型原发性肝癌的鉴别诊断有一定价值 ,也有助早期发现原发性肝癌。
Objective To investigate the effects of GMP 140, fibrinogen (Fg), vWF: Ag, PT and PTA on the development of primary Diagnostic value of HCC. Methods Plasma GMP-140, vWF: Ag, Fg, PT and PTA in 46 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma and 50 patients with cirrhosis were measured by ELISA, and compared with the control group. Results The plasma levels of GMP 140, vWF:Ag, Fg and PTA in HCC were significantly higher than those in cirrhosis and normal controls, while the PT was significantly shorter in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma than in cirrhosis and normal controls. The levels of GMP 140, vWF:Ag, Fg Significantly lower than the normal control group. Conclusion The determination of plasma GMP 140, Fg, PT, vWF:Ag has certain value in the differential diagnosis of cirrhosis and sclerosing primary liver cancer, and also helps to detect primary liver cancer early.
