去年4月,在我行信贷业务进行重大调整后,又对工商信贷业务依客户类型进行细分管理,进一步加强非粮油贷款的管理工作,信贷二处成立后先后通过信贷资产清查、管理台帐等方式抓好非粮油信贷管理的基础工作,确保各种管理目标,尤其是三个百分之百目标的完成,有力地促进了收购资金封闭运行目标的实现。一、围绕总行工作部署和省行工作安排,结合非粮油信贷业务的实际情况,开展以各种贷款清查为中心的贷款管理基础工作,为进一步强化信贷管理和实现收购资金封闭运行打好基础。
