本文分析了民营企业在发展的过程中遇到新的难题:企业核心竞争力尚未形成企业缺乏科学的人力资源管理。同时从一个全新的角度指出,人力资源管理是企业培育核心竞争力的基础。因此,本文重点分析了现阶段中国民营企业人力资源管理存在的问题及开发对策与途径。
This article analyzes the private enterprises in the development process encountered new problems: the core competitiveness of enterprises has not yet formed a lack of scientific enterprise human resources management. At the same time, it points out from a brand-new perspective that human resource management is the foundation for enterprises to cultivate their core competitiveness. Therefore, this article focuses on the existing problems of human resources management in China’s private enterprises and the development of countermeasures and ways.
