目的 :探讨云克治疗Graves眼病的作用机制。方法 :应用细胞培养技术 ,测定加入白细胞介素 (IL - 1β)及“云克”后细胞间粘附分子 (ICAM ) - 1的表达和DNA合成情况。结果 :白细胞介素 (IL) - 1β(10 0U/ml)能强烈刺激眼球后成纤维细胞表面ICAM - 1表达 ,而云克明显地抑制这种刺激作用 ;同样 ,云克能抑制IL - 1β刺激的DNA合成。结论 :云克治疗GO的作用途径部分是通过抑制白细胞介素 - 1β的作用 ,使ICAM - 1表达及DNA合成减少。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of action of Yunke on Graves ophthalmopathy. Methods: Cell culture technique was used to determine the expression of ICAM - 1 and the DNA synthesis after addition of interleukin (IL - 1β) and “Yunke”. Results: Interleukin - 1β (10 U / ml) strongly stimulated the expression of ICAM - 1 on the surface of retrobulbar fibroblasts, whereas Yunke significantly inhibited this stimulus. Similarly, Yunke inhibited IL - 1β Stimulation of DNA synthesis. Conclusion: The mechanism of action of Ginkgolide on GO is to partly decrease the expression of ICAM - 1 and the synthesis of DNA by inhibiting the action of interleukin - 1β.
