[目的]利用自制爬片支架来改进细胞爬片的制备。[方法]以塑料胶片为原料制作爬片支架,然后利用爬片支架(实验组)和常规方法(对照组)来制备乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的细胞爬片,HE染色观察细胞生长状态,比较两种制备方法的差异。[结果]利用爬片支架制备细胞爬片操作简便,细胞单面生长,细胞生长状态良好。[结论]利用爬片支架能更简便地制备出满足实验需求的细胞爬片,是一种更好的制备细胞爬片的方法。
[Objective] The use of self-made scaffolds to improve the preparation of cell climbing. [Method] The scaffolds were made from plastic film. Then the scaffolds of breast cancer cells MCF-7 were prepared by using slide scaffold (experimental group) and conventional method (control group). The growth of MCF-7 cells was observed by HE staining. Differences between the two preparation methods. [Results] The use of slide scaffolds for cell slide preparation is simple, cell growth on one side, cell growth is good. [Conclusion] It is a better method to prepare the cell climbing slides that the slides scaffolds can be more easily prepared to meet the experimental needs.
