刚刚闭幕的十八届四中全会提出了全面推进依法治国、建设法治国家的战略目标,在当前我国劳动力市场结构发生重要转变、劳动关系日渐复杂的历史时期,建立健全并严格执行以《劳动合同法》为主要内容的劳动法律法规,对构建和谐劳动关系、实现体面就业具有重大的现实意义。工作时间是劳动关系的重要内容,合理的工作时间安排不仅有利于提高劳动者的身心健康,也是保持经济社会稳定协同发展的基础。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee that just concluded put forward the strategic goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law and building a state under the rule of law. In the historical period in which labor market structure in our country has undergone a major transformation and labor relations have become increasingly complicated, a sound and strict implementation of the “Labor Contract Law ”as the main content of labor laws and regulations, to build a harmonious labor relations, to achieve decent employment of great practical significance. Working hours are an important part of labor relations. Reasonable working hours are not only conducive to improving the physical and mental health of laborers, but also the basis for maintaining the coordinated development of economic and social stability.
