根据复合式TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine,全断面隧道掘进机)施工法,利用有限元软件ANSYS,将管片简化成壳,管片的接头视为刚性单元,以接头单元模拟,建立管片的壳-弹簧模型,在砼材料弹性阶段变化范围内,分析了砼管片厚度与结构受力和位移的关系。分析表明管片厚度变化率远大于内力位移变化率,错缝拼装的变化较通缝拼装均匀。结果表明需根据不同隧道功能要求选择合适厚度的管片。
According to the construction method of compound TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine), the finite element software ANSYS is used to simplify the segment into a shell. The joint of the segment is regarded as a rigid element, and the shell of the segment is established by simulating the joint element - The spring model, the relationship between the thickness of concrete pipe slice and the force and displacement of the structure is analyzed in the range of the elastic phase of the concrete material. Analysis shows that the change rate of the thickness of the pipe is much larger than the rate of change of the internal force displacement, and the change of the assembly of the wrong seam is more uniform than that of the through seam. The results show that according to the requirements of different tunnels, the suitable thickness of the pipe is to be selected.
