运用Collins衍射积分公式以及将硬边光阑窗口函数展开为有限个复高斯函数之和的方法,推导了倾斜探测光束通过有中心遮挡和探测器倾斜的猫眼光学镜头的三维解析传输公式。通过数值计算分析了畸变反射光束的回程传输特性。研究表明,入射角和探测器倾斜角的存在导致反射光束产生不对称畸变,且反射光中心相对原路返回位置存在偏差。中心遮挡和入射角的存在导致反射光束成为扭曲的空心光束。随着回程传输距离的增大,畸变的反射光束逐渐演变为实心单峰光束。
By using Collins diffraction integral formula and expanding the function of the hard-edge aperture window into the sum of finite complex Gaussian functions, the three-dimensional analytic transmission formula of the catastrophe optical lens with the tilt detection beam passing through the central occlusion and the detector tilt is deduced. The back propagation characteristics of the distorted reflected beam are analyzed numerically. The results show that the incident angle and the tilt angle of the detector lead to asymmetric distortion of the reflected beam, and the center of the reflected light deviates from the original return position. The presence of center and incident angles causes the reflected beam to become a distorted hollow beam. As the return distance increases, the distorted reflected beam gradually evolves into a solid unimodal beam.
