病人女 14岁 1990年5月22日于左前臂屈侧中央皮内注 PPD 0.1ml(2TU,长春生物制品研究所生产,批号9001-13)。翌日,发现全身多处有隆起皮肤表面的小包块,即来门诊求治。检查:体温正常,心肺(-),肝脾(-),颈、腋淋巴结未触及。皮下有1～2cm 大小结节,为正常皮肤颜色,散在分布于左前臂、左臀部、右足背,触之痛感。观察1周未见改变,乃给予扑尔敏4mg 日3次口服,3日后结节全部消失。经观察3个月未再出现任何反应。
The patient was female 14 years old May 22, 1990 in the left forearm flexor lateral intradermal injection of PPD 0.1ml (2TU, Changchun Institute of Biological Products, lot number 9001-13). The next day, found that there are many parts of the body bulge skin surface mass, that is outpatient treatment. Check: normal body temperature, heart and lung (-), liver and spleen (-), neck, axillary lymph nodes not touched. Subcutaneous 1 ~ 2cm size nodules, normal skin color, scattered in the left forearm, left hip, right foot, touch the pain. Observed 1 week no change, is given chlorpheniramine 4mg 3 times orally, 3 days after the nodules all disappear. After 3 months of observation did not appear any reaction.
