搞要:目的分析新疆和田地区洛浦县艾滋病项目,了解本县艾滋病预防工作的实际情况。对项目的产出价值进行分析,并对实施过程中的经验和不足之处进行总结,保证该项目的持续效应和作用得到最大限度的发挥,为项目的成果评价及推价转化等提供参考依据。方法对新疆和田地区洛浦县艾滋病项目开展情况相关资料进行整理收集,采用艾滋病考核合格的初采实验室的标准下进行实验,展开研究分析。本县实验室是县级初采实验室,初采实验室阳性者继续报上地区级确认实验室,本实验室本品应用酶联免疫双抗原夹心原理,采用基因工程抗原gp41和gp36包被微孔板,用基因工程HIV-1和HIV-2嵌合抗原ENV18标记辣根过氧化物酶,与其他试剂组成试剂盒,应用双抗原夹心法检测人血清和血浆中的人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体。结果自新疆和田地区洛浦县艾滋病项目开展以来,共进行大众人群宣传174621人次,高危人群干预宣传活动16318人次,抗病毒治疗191例,抗机会性感染治疗213例,艾滋病自愿咨询检测(voluntary counseling&testing,VCT)12600人次,艾滋病病毒(human immunodefi ciency virus,HIV)感染者/患者随访2710人次,关怀1050人次。高危人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率有一定的提高,其行为也发生明显改变。结论新疆和田地区洛浦县艾滋病项目的开展成效满意,探索了一些有效的可持续发展的艾滋病防治模式,工作机制和工作平台得以建立和完善,促进了以政府主导、多部门合作、全社会共同参与的艾滋病防治工作新局面的形成。 Outgoing: Objective To analyze the AIDS project in Luopu County, Hotan Prefecture of Xinjiang Autonomous Region to understand the actual situation of AIDS prevention in this county. Methods Data collected from the AIDS program in Luopu County, Hotan Prefecture of Xinjiang Autonomous Region were collated and collected. The experiments were conducted under the standards of the first - time laboratories that passed the AIDS test, and the research was started. The county laboratory is the beginning of the acquisition of the county laboratory, first-ever laboratory positive were reported to confirm the laboratory at district level, the laboratory application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent double sandwich principle, the use of genetic engineering antigen gp41 and gp36 coating Microplates were labeled with horseradish peroxidase using the genetically engineered HIV-1 and HIV-2 chimeric antigen ENV18, and then kit with other reagents to detect human immunodeficiency virus antibody in human serum and plasma using double antigen sandwich method . Results Since the start of AIDS project in Luopu County, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang, a total of 174,621 publicity campaigns were conducted among the general public, 16318 publicity campaigns for high-risk groups, 191 anti-virus treatments, 213 anti-opportunistic infections, voluntary counseling & testing , VCT) 12600 people, HIV infection / patient follow-up 2710 people, care for 1050 people. The awareness rate of HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment among the high-risk groups increased to a certain extent, and their behaviors also changed significantly. Conclusion The AIDS project in Luopu County of Hotan Prefecture of Xinjiang Autonomous Region was satisfactorily carried out. Some effective and sustainable AIDS prevention and treatment models were explored, working mechanisms and working platforms were established and perfected, and government-led, multisectoral cooperation and community-wide cooperation were promoted Participate in the formation of a new situation in AIDS prevention and control work.
