《知识产权》杂志编辑出版委员会第一次全体会议于10月17日召开。沈尧曾、刘激扬同志出席并主持会议。张锦锐同志汇报《工业产权》杂志的办刊情况和《知识产权》杂志的筹备情况。会议对《工业产权》杂志给予了好评。《工业产权》除在国内产生良好反映之外,在国际上也起到交流的作用。包括联合国世界知识产权组织在内的许多外国同行都来索取《工业产权》杂志。会议讨论并确定了《知识产权》的宗旨、编辑方针、刊物特点、栏目设置以及创刊号 The first plenary session of Intellectual Property magazine’s Editorial Committee was held on October 17.
