使用了一个针对EB病毒编码的小分子RNA(EBER)的寡核苷酸探针对19例中线恶性网织细胞增多症病变组织进行了原位杂交检测,并配合免疫表型分析。结果为:(1)本组病例中18/19例(94.7%)的病变组织中的异形淋巴样细胞表达T细胞分化抗原,CD3阳性15例,UCHL1阳性9例,其中二者均阳性6例,但各例中的异形淋巴样细胞均未表达B细胞及组织细胞分化抗原;(2)EBER原位杂交检侧的阳性数高(15/19例,78.9%),而其中14例的异形淋巴样细胞表达了T细胞分化抗原。结果表明:EB病毒感染也存在于以T淋巴细胞的活跃增殖为突出表现的中线恶网病变组织中。还对EB病毒感染在有关的淋巴增生性疾病发病学中的地位和作用等问题进行了讨论。
An oligonucleotide probe targeting Epstein - Barr virus - encoded small molecule RNA (EBER) was used to detect the in situ hybridization of 19 cases of malignant reticuloendotheliosis with immunohistochemistry. The results were as follows: (1) T-cell differentiation antigen was expressed in 18/19 cases (94.7%) of the diseased tissues in this group of patients with CD3 positive in 15 cases and UCHL1 positive in 9 cases, of which both were positive 6 cases, but all the cases of abnormal lymphoid cells did not express B cells and tissue differentiation antigen; (2) EBER in situ hybridization side of the positive number (15/19 cases, 78.9%), and which Twenty-four of the dysplastic lymphoid cells expressed T cell differentiation antigens. The results showed that Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection was also found in the central line of malignant neoplasm with prominent proliferation of T lymphocytes. The status and role of EBV infection in the pathogenesis of lymphoproliferative diseases are also discussed.
