幼儿期是人一生中塑造人格个性的重要时期,《幼儿园工作规程(试行)》中指出:“幼儿园的品德教育应以情感教育和培养良好行为习惯为主,注重潜移默化的影响,并贯穿于幼儿生活及各项活动之中。”德育教育是幼儿教育的重要组成部分,培养幼儿受益终身的品质对提高整个国民素质,促进人类文明的进步,都有着巨大的奠基作用。幼儿教师是否具有良好的道德修养直接关系到幼儿品德的养成。因此,我们要重视幼儿教师道德修养。本文根据幼儿教师道德修养的意义,浅析了教师素养对幼儿道德的潜移默化,同时提出了基于幼儿教师自身道德修养促使其养成良好品德的相应对策。
Early childhood is an important period of personality shaping personal life, “Kindergarten Work Rules (Trial)” pointed out: “Kindergarten moral education should be emotional education and develop good habits, focusing on the subtle influence, and throughout Children’s life and various activities. ”Moral education is an important part of early childhood education. Cultivating young children’s lifelong quality of life has a huge foundation for improving the quality of the entire nation and promoting the progress of human civilization. Kindergarten teachers have a good morality directly related to the development of young children’s moral character. Therefore, we should pay attention to the moral education of preschool teachers. Based on the meaning of kindergarten teachers ’moral cultivation, this paper analyzes the subtle influence of teacher’s accomplishments on the morals of kindergartens, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures based on kindergarten teachers’ own moral cultivation to promote them to develop good moral character.
