Serbia and the Czech Republic measured the aflatoxin M_1 (aflatoxin M_1, AFM_1) content in 50 milk samples collected from the Serbian market or individual workshops from February to June 2013 (to be published in June 2014 Food Control ). This method uses a simple nonspecific sample preparation method, and this method is based on solid phase extraction and high temperature liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with heated electrospray ionization probes. The detection range is less than the minimum detection limit of 1.44μg / kg, with an average of 0.30μg / kg. The results showed that: 38 samples (76%) exceeded the EU standard maximum content of 0.05μg / kg. The highest value of fresh samples detected in individual workshops was 1.44μg / kg; the lowest content of samples was organic milk. The average exposure of Serb residents to AFM_1 by consuming milk in April, April and May was 1.420 and 0.769, respectively,
