糖尿病性水疱病是糖尿病的一种少见并发症,原因不明,现报告2例。例1:男,45岁,农民,确诊糖尿病已8年,曾3次住院用胰岛素治疗。平时饮食控制不严,又不能坚持应用胰岛素正规治疗。近1个月来,“三多”症状加重,呈现消瘦、乏力、恶心、呕吐、下肤发麻。入院前6天先后发现两脚背、两下肢伸侧、两腰区和两手掌有多个大小不等的水疱,有的已溃破,不痛不痒,于1989年4月20日住院。体检;体温37℃,脉搏80次,血压21.3/12.7kPa,慢性消瘦面容,贫血貌,营养欠佳,表情淡
Diabetic blister disease is a rare complication of diabetes, for unknown reasons, are reported in 2 cases.
