轮窑烧制砖瓦主要靠调控窑内断面火度,断面温差越小,进火越顺畅,产品质量越高.合理的轮窑结构,即部火与窑体门数相匹配,窑室高度与宽度比例合理,排风系统的布局和尺寸与焙烧要求要统一,烟囱的高度和上下直径比例(或者排烟风机的型号)即抽力与焙烧要求和部火要匹配等.轮窑结构合理,不论是内燃或外燃烧砖,都能提高产品质量.而且在内燃料衡定的情况下,能够降低外投煤量,降低生产成本,提高企业的经济效益.
