如何提高领导班子的合力,是干部管理工作中不可回避的现实和必须认真研究的课题。笔者围绕提高领导班子合力的课题,通过工作中的观察和思考,提出以下不成熟的看法:一、道同而后志合,用共同的理念和愿景统率班子集体。选择何种方式和理念统一班子思想是班子建设遇到的首要问题。大体可分为三种情况:一是用共同的理念和目标统率班子,每个成员围绕大家认同的目标开展工作;二是用班子共同的利益统一思想,目标不一定高却也能同舟共济,荣辱与共;三是用个人利益的组合或个人利益的交换维系班子,虽说冲突不断却也能自我协调,相安无事。面对上述三种选择,大家都知道第一种选择是最正确的选择。但是,由于班子个体思想境界的差异,加之各种名利的诱惑,有些班子集体自觉不自觉地进入了第二种选择或第
