在创业前期,技术创新要占有优势。一个新成立的公司如果没有差异化、没有创新,是很难引起其他人的关注的。待到企业逐步稳定发展到一定程度,就要开始抓管理。需要在客户心目中建立一种信任感,让客户觉得企业产品有新意,管理规范。这两者做到之后,企业还需要考虑怎样发展,才能跟国外的企业进行竞争,这又回到了最初的要求。我认为有两个方面有待加强:一个是响应速度,包括新产品开发的速度和解决实际问题的速度;第二是创新,不仅是技术上的创新,还有营销方式及业务流程的创新,其核心点就是帮助客户增加价值降低成本。
