我国新刑事诉讼法将技术侦察措施正是列入刑事诉讼过程中,就是为了适应时代发展,加大对犯罪的打击力度,同时强调了保障人权,并在新刑诉法中多处体现了对人权的保护。但二者会不会矛盾呢?该如何处理二者的关系呢?笔者认为:二者的关系应辩证地看待。 The new criminal procedure law of our country includes the technical reconnaissance measures in the process of criminal procedure precisely in order to adapt to the development of the times and intensify the crackdown on crimes.
