在分析煤矿常见电气故障的基础上,采用ATmega128单片机为控制核心,设计了一套磁力启动器控制系统。利用互感器把高压电信号转化为低压电信号,经信号处理电路后,输入到单片机内部集成的A/D,单片机对数据进行运算与比较后,得出实际电信号参数并实施保护,系统与上位机之间采用RS-485通信。系统软件部分由C语言编程实现,保护功能安全可靠。
