在铝合金铸件生产中,用焊补的方法挽救铸件的缺陷和尺寸偏差是一种重要手段。对于生产周期长、复杂的大型铸件,焊补可减少废品率,节能,省材,省工,其经济性尤为显著。焊补后铸件质量到底如何,尚无可靠的数据说明。据电子工业部制订“铝合金铸件技术条件”的要求,结合我厂二十多年生产实践,对ZL102合金用气焊和碳弧焊进行一次和二次重复焊补试验,研究其焊接区、熔合线和热影响区及本体三部分的化学成份、机械性能和金相组织的变化情况,从而得出能够用焊补的方法来挽救铸件缺陷的结论。
In the production of aluminum alloy castings, welding repair method to save the casting defects and dimensional deviation is an important means. For the long production cycle, complex large castings, welding repair can reduce the rejection rate, energy saving, saving material, labor, the economy is particularly significant. After welding repair casting quality in the end how, there is no reliable data. According to the requirements of “Technical Requirements of Aluminum Alloy Castings” formulated by the Ministry of Electronics Industry and combined with the production practice of more than 20 years in our factory, primary and secondary welding repairs were performed on gas welding and carbon arc welding of ZL102 alloy to study its welding zone, Line and heat affected zone and the three parts of the main body of the chemical composition, mechanical properties and changes in the microstructure, which can be welded to remedy the casting method to save the defects conclusion.
