中国钢铁工业数学模型的应用现状及对策

数学模型是钢铁工业流程控制的核心技术与关键技术。建立和应用高可用性、高精度的数学模型,是钢铁工业能够不断开发和生产出满足中国发展需要的钢材品种,不断提高产品质量,保持稳定生产,节能降耗,降低成本,从而提升综合竞争力的技术基础。钢铁工业过程控制数学模型的主流依然是工艺机理模型加上模型的自适应修正(自学习)。总结了中国钢铁工业过程控制数学模型的应用现状,提出了政策措施建议。 Mathematical model is the core technology and key technology of steel industry process control.
