随着高校资助育人工作的不断推进和深化,资助模式由过去的“经济资助”向“按需资助”、“基本保障型”向“发展型”转变。结合贫困生群体的实际情况,将具有发展性的创新教育落实到资助育人工作中,是当前高校资助育人工作需要适应的新要求;资助育人的核心任务归根结底是人才培养。培养贫困生的创新精神和创新能力,为今后贫困生就、创业和个人发展提供内生动力,为其提供更广阔的发展空间。
With the continuous promotion and deepening of fund-funded education in higher education institutions, the funding model has changed from the “financial support” to the “on-demand financing” and the “basic guarantee” to the “developmental” type in the past. Combined with the actual conditions of poor students groups, the development of innovative education to support the work of funding for educating people is the current need for colleges and universities to support the work of educating new requirements; the core mission of funding educators in the final analysis is the cultivation of qualified personnel. Cultivate the innovative spirit and ability of innovation for poor students, provide endogenous motivation for poor students, entrepreneurship and personal development in the future and provide them with a broader space for development.
