我厂目前使用的锻造加热炉(图1)是工人在大搞技术革新中经多次改革建成的。一、加热炉的主要结构 1.燃料燃烧部分由燃烧室、蜂窝炉篦(图2)、阶梯炉排(图3)、加煤斗和水封炉底组成。煤从加煤斗进入,经阶梯炉排使煤予热干燥,逐渐地析出挥发物,逐次落入蜂窝炉篦,保证了均匀燃烧。火焰在一次风强迫下通过翻火墙进入加热室,由于喷火处有二次风使燃烧更完全,提高了炉温。翻火墙的顶端砌成弧形,以减少火焰流动阻力。 2.炉膛部分
