邮电部为解决邮电管理专业干部的职称问题,于本年5—6月间在全国范围内分别进行大专与中专两类专业水平考试。这是我国建国以来调动管理专业干部工作积极性、解决职工实际问题的正确措施,深深地得到全国邮电职工的欢迎和拥护。特别是邮政管理干部,老同志多,好多长期务邮、白发苍苍、面临离退休了,迄今还没职称,所以他们对这次职称评审工作
In order to solve the professional titles of post and telecommunications management cadres, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications conducted two professional level exams in colleges and technical secondary schools nationwide from May to June this year. This is the correct measure to mobilize the enthusiasm of professional cadres and solve the actual problems of workers and staff members since the founding of our nation and was deeply welcomed and endorsed by the workers and staff of Posts and Telecommunications in the whole country.
