探讨了用电导法测定柿抗寒性过程中的若干干扰因素。结果表明,浸提液加水量和样品枝段长度与测定的电导值呈显著负相关,与电解质渗出率无关,但过长时间浸提后,不同枝段长度间电导值差异变小,电解质渗出率差异变显著。枝条顶端电解质渗出率较低,基端较高。中段介于2者之间。样品浸提时间在杀死前后以12h、5h以后电导值趋于稳定。
Several disturbing factors in determining the cold resistance of persimmon by conductivity method were discussed. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the amount of water added in the extract and the branch length of the extract and the measured conductance, but not with the electrolyte exudation rate.
