目的:建立毛鸡骨草药材的指纹图谱,为控制和评价药材质量提供依据。方法:用高效液相色谱法,Lichrospher C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.1%三氟乙酸(35∶65),流速0.8 mL·min-1,检测波长272 nm,柱温室温。测定10批毛鸡骨草药材的指纹图谱,并进行相似度比较。结果:建立了毛鸡骨草药材的HPLC指纹图谱,确定9个共有峰,利用对照品指认其中4个峰。10批毛鸡骨草药材的相似度>0.98。结论:建立的方法快速、准确,为评价毛鸡骨草药材的质量提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the fingerprint of Grifola frondosa, to provide evidence for controlling and evaluating the quality of medicinal materials. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Lichrospher C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-0.1% trifluoroacetic acid (35:65) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL · min- , Column temperature room temperature. Fingerprints of 10 batches of Grifola frondosa were determined and the similarity was compared. Results: The HPLC fingerprints of Grifola frondosa were established and nine common peaks were identified. Four peaks were identified by reference substance. Similarity of 10 batches of materia medica> 0.98. Conclusion: The established method is rapid and accurate, which can provide a reference for evaluating the quality of Grifola frondosa.
