目的 对肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)伴有急性肾功能不全病程中肾锥体行三维立体成像 ,以评价其临床应用价值。方法 采用三维动态成像检测 4 5例经血清学证实 HFRS抗体阳性患者伴有急性肾功能衰竭及 30例无肾功不全者行双肾三维立体成像。结果 无肾功不全者肾锥体未能获得满意三维立体图像 ,而伴有急性肾功能衰竭的 HFRS通过三维重建后 ,肾锥体扩大 ,清晰、可见 ,呈蜂窝样改变 ,并对肾皮质产生压迹。结论 三维超声显像能直观形象地显示了扩大的肾锥体。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of three-dimensional imaging of renal cone in the course of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) associated with acute renal failure. Methods Three-dimensional dynamic imaging was used to detect 45 cases of HFRS-positive patients with acute renal failure who were serologically confirmed and 30 cases of non-renal insufficiency with bilateral renal three-dimensional imaging. Results Renal pyramids without renal insufficiency failed to obtain satisfactory three-dimensional images, whereas HFRS with acute renal failure enlarged the renal pyramids after three-dimensional reconstruction, showing clear, visible, honeycombed changes and renal cortex production Pressure trace. Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging can visually display the enlarged renal cone.
