目的:探讨交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)及F波在糖尿病周围神经病中的诊断价值。方法:对30例糖尿病患者进行常规SSR及F波检测,并与30例正常人的检查结果进行对比分析。结果:与正常对照组比较,病例组上下肢SSR的潜伏期延长及波幅降低,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。SSR的潜伏期异常率上肢为45%,下肢为75%,波幅异常率上肢70%,下肢75%,下肢异常率显著高于上肢。F波的异常率为45%(仅作上肢)。结论:SSR及F波检测是一种简单,易行和无创的自主神经功能及周围神经的检测方法,可作为糖尿病性神经损害的客观指标。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of sympathetic skin reaction (SSR) and F wave in diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 30 cases of diabetic patients with conventional SSR and F wave detection, and 30 cases of normal control test results were compared. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the SSR latency and amplitude of upper and lower extremity cases were prolonged and the amplitude was significantly lower (P <0.01). The abnormal rate of SSR was 45% in upper limbs, 75% in lower limbs, 70% in upper extremities and 75% in lower extremities. The abnormal rate of lower extremities was significantly higher than that of upper extremities. The abnormal rate of F wave was 45% (upper limb only). Conclusion: SSR and F-wave detection is a simple, easy and noninvasive detection of autonomic nerve function and peripheral nerve, which can be used as an objective indicator of diabetic nerve damage.
